How to export a WhatsApp chat without media
ReadMyChat does not connect to your WhatsApp account. You choose one conversation, export it yourself, and decide whether to upload the text file.
On iPhone
Open the conversation, tap the contact or group name, choose Export Chat, then choose Without Media. Save or share the resulting file.
On Android
Open the conversation, use the three-dot menu, then More, then Export chat. Choose Without Media and save the text file.
Why without media?
Photos, voice notes, and videos are not needed to understand the text conversation. Leaving them out makes the export lighter and easier to upload.
Before uploading anywhere, make sure you are comfortable with the conversation you selected. You stay in control of what you choose to share.
